2,Please note that actual item color might be slightly different as it depends on the PC/Laptop or mobile screen. 

3,If the appearance is not fluffy after long time shipping, please gently shake or use blower to blow it with cold wind, it will recover beautiful.

4,There would be a little hair shed from new fur products,it's a not quality problem,please don't worry,some floating hair produced during the production process,it's normal and will get better after a few days.

You are welcome to visit our factory at any time.

But we can also do everything through email,phone and post if you don't have travelling plan.

3. Can I order samples first before placing the bulk order?

This is not a problem. You are welcome to order samples first.

4. Do you give free samples?
It is difficult for fur company,but we will reduce the amount for next time cooperation.

5. What is the lead time for delivery?

6. Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
Yes,there are two options:
1) Send your label design to us and we make them for you.
2) Send your finished labels to us and we put them for u.
