A1: Our main product is made from carbon steel which is heavy duty, we provide a choice of different sizes and tiers, you can provide your tailor-made storage plan to us. We also provide Stainless Steel and Epoxy Coating material for your choice.

Q2: How to assemble the shelving? Would it need any tools?

A2: For those of small size, it's very easy to assemble, for large/huge size, you may need an assist on the assembling. The Installation video and instruction manual will be provided before shipment.

Q3: Will you offer free samples?

A3: After audit, we would offer free sample one set for our oversea clients, but express freight collection.

Q4: What is the MOQ? If i order in bulk, can i get a lower price?

A4: There is no minimum order quantity requirement. Yes, the more the quantity, the cheaper the price.

A5: For stock standard products are about 3-4 days, for customized product, the production lead time is about 15-25 days, include the inspection and packing time. The exact production lead time are based on the quantity of your order also.
