Rotary Air lock Valve  

                     Applications: Silo emptying, cyclone discharging, dust collection systems, etc.

Used as the red circle,under the negative pressure conveying cyclone,hopper or silo. It is dedicated to supporting vertical mill feeding. This valve characterizes as good airlock performance to guarantee feeding uniformly and discharging smoothly. Plus no jamming, no material sticking, flexible rotor clearance and so on.Rotary airlock can handle materials like  Flour ,Wooden chips ,Plastic ,Animal feed ,Sugar ,Cement ,Dust , Etc. This type of valve offers series connection solution, using single power to drive multi-valves. Ultimately, it can save energy and reduce purchasing cost.

Principles:

Principle of air lock:

- The machine has a casting casing and a rotary wheel inside. The materials are fed from the top inlet and discharged from the bottom outlet through the rotating wheel. The main function of this machine is shut off the aspiration air flow with the atmosphere while separating the materials from the pneumatic line or aspiration air flow.

Features of air lock:

- Advanced design and excellent fabricating ensure the air tighten sufficiently while the rotating running smoothly.

- With sight glass at the inlet for a intuitionistic inspection.

- At most 7 units machine can be connected together to share a gear motor.

- Made by stainless steel, high sanitation.

Application of air lock:

- Normally airlocks are installed underneath the pneumatic cyclones and air jet filters for the discharge of mill stock, filter dust in the food processing industry.

- Can also be used as a ration machine for feeding materials such as grain, break stock, semolina, flour and other materials with similar characteristics from pneumatic conveying lines.
