Zhengtai clay vacuum brick description of complete sets of equipment:

1, twisted dragon is made of high chromium casting, after quenching treatment, the service life of up to (800-10 million

   standard brick, is spraying welding ground dragon 8-10 times), and other plant using common spraying process (10-150000

   standard brick);

2, extruder, vacuum chamber integrally cast cylinder head, the whole process, the quenching treatment, increase its toughness,

   not easy to deformation, extend the life of the machine. Vacuum chamber adopts funnel-shaped, more rapid than square net

  vacuum. Other manufacturers use 20 mm steel plate welding processing;

3, the overall frame welding, (in the double housing planer) integral plane processing, make the products better concentricity;

4, the spindle after quenching and tempering, suppression test, enhance the stiffness and ductility of the spindle;
