Maydos Interior and Exterior Tile Grout     Model:TG-615

Description:
TG-615 is a kind of high quality environment-friendly waterborne powder which
can be mixed with water and used for filling the gap between the ceramic tile or
on another kinds of stones. It is suitable for applying the gap from 3mm to
12mm, our tile grout can make out the best performance in this range.
Where to use:
It is used for all kinds of tiles and stones, both interior building and exterior
building decoration.

  Application Instructions:
1. Surface Preparation:
·The surface should be vertical, flat, smooth and free of dust, grease and other
contaminants.
·The tile grout should be used after the application of tile bonding, and wait for
at least 24 hours.
2. Application Method:
·Mix the powder with water at the ratio of 25:5.5-6, and then use electrical
blender to stir evenly.
·Keep the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes, and then stir it again to achieve the best
result.
·Finally apply the grout on the surface and fill the gap with the rubber scraper,
and generally we fill the gap area one square meter at one time. The dosage of
grout must be adequate, to avoid any space in gap.
·After surface is dry(1-2 hours), we could use wet cloth or mop to clean the
surface. The final cleanout should be done after 24 hours.
·Mixing Ratio (powder: water): 25: (5.5-6)
·Application Tool: electrical blender, rubber scraper, horizontal ruler etc.
