General Description
Type KS Gravel pump are the series products introduced from abroad. Gravel pumps are designed for continuously handling the most difficult higher abrasive slurry which contains too big soils to be pumped by a common pump. They are suitable for delivering slurry in mining, explosive-sludge in metal melting, dredging in dredger and course of rivers, and other fields, type KS Pumps are of high-head ones.
Construction of this pump is of sinlge casing connected by means of clamp bands and wide wet-Passage. The wet-parts are made of Ni-Hard and high chromium abrasion-Resistance alloys. The discharge direction of pump possesses the advantages of easy installation and operation, good performance of NPSH and abrasion-Resistance.

Technological Characteristic:
1. A horizontal, single-shell structure pump, flow components hardware nickel, chromium high abrasion resistant material and has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability.
2. Pump and drive straight of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360
3. Pump in the direction of the export of a 360-degree rotation installation location to accommodate different installation conditions at the scene.
Sealing Forms:
1. Packing gland: For the suction or gravity condition, the pressure of sealing liquid should be 35kpa higher than the discharge pressure of the seen in following table
2. Expeller seal In general for gravity condition the gravity head should not be exceeded to 10% of the total head of the pump and the shaft power increase by 5% about.
