Main Features
The single unit fat extractor is based on the principle of solvent reflux and siphon, so that the solid matter is continuously extracted by pure solvent, which not only saves solvent, but also has high extraction efficiency. Before extraction, the solid materials are ground to increase the solid-liquid contact area. Then, the solid matter is placed in the filter paper sleeve and placed in the extractor. The lower end of the extractor is connected with the round bottom flask containing the solvent, and the upper end is connected with the reflux condensation pipe. Heat the round bottom flask to make the solvent boil, the vapor rises through the branch pipe of the extractor, and drops into the extractor after being condensed.
