What is Pallet Cushion?

Pallet Cushion is an air-dampened cushion for reducing vibration and shock during transportation, specially designed to mount directly on a base of pallets, skids, crate, wooden case, container, pallet base. Pallet Cushion provides protection and buffers against vibration, shake and shock to sensitive, high-priced and industrial high-end products.

Pallet Cushion can be screwed to the bottom with bolts and nuts (or screws) to replace the runners and stringers. Spacer for Pallet Cushion can increase the height of the object, making the forklift and stacker more convenient to load and unload in the warehouse. By arranging a plurality of Pallet Cushions around one turn and mounting them on the bottom of the pallet, the cushioning effect is like an air-ride truck, which could save the cost of an expensive air-ride truck.

Pallet Cushion is highly loading capacity, high/low temperature resistant, from -40℃ to +54℃ (-40℉ to +130℉) and chemically resistant to corrosion. Pallet Cushion is reusable which can be removed and installed on a new object easily and quickly.

Q: How many pallet cushions do I need for my shipment?
A: Choose the model you need. Divide the total weight of your shipment by the minimum load capacity of the pallet cushion and the result is the required quantity.
Example as follows
1000KG(shipment) ÷ 56.7KG/PCS(load capacity of orange cushion) = 17.6 PCS

To the nearest whole number, the needed quantity is 18PCS.

Q: How do I choose the model?
A: It depends on customers' needs. Orange pallet cushion (WY-60225) is the best for you if you consider cost-saving first followed by buffer effect. Tan pallet cushion(WY-60035) is the best for you if you consider buffer effect followed by cost-saving. However, if you would like to get a balance between cost-saving and buffer effect, blue pallet cushion is the best.

Q: Is pallet cushion with T-nut?
A: This is optional. The price is lower if pallet cushion is without T-nut.

Q: In what situation I need to use with spacer, the accessory?
A: We suggest using pallet cushion with spacers to increase height, which enables forklift and stacker to operate smoothly and decrease collision and vibration.

Q: Do you provide samples for customers? How to proceed?

Q: Do you have any certificate for pallet cushion?
A: YES, Wan-Yo owns different patents for Pallet Cushion, as well as, other products, Impact Label, Leaning Label and Goods Tracking System. Moreover, Wan-Yo also has SGS(RoHS) Test Report, and other regular authoritative test reports.

Q: How about your lead time?
A: Lead time is different as per different order quantity and model. In our stock, total quantity is always kept more than 6,000pcs. If we have enough of the model you want, we can send out after payment in short time. If not, generally, it takes about one month to produce.

Q: I would like to order the same quantity for pallet cushion and spacer. How many quantities of both do you suggest ordering?
A: Our customers purchase 3600 PCS of pallet cushion and 3600 PCS of spacer once which is the most cost-saving quantity. If customer's needs are less, 1200 PCS of both pallet cushion and spacer are cost-saving as well.
