We have 4 sizes, from 20cm to 26cm frying pan in enzo series.


 


Focus on how we can sauté ingredients well with this frying pan
We care for making angle of side surface for having enough space for sautéing.
Iron frying pan is good for cooking at high heat such as recommended grilling a steak.


 


Features: 



1. Iron material is good for cooking at high temperature.
We use a high grade iron sheet, 2mm thick which has high heat storage performance.
Also, it’s available for IH and gas.


 


2. Handle is made of natural wood (fagaceae) and stainless steel.
We focus on easy grasp handle.


 


3. We finished side angle for 70 degree for having enough sauté space


 by "spinning process"(to prolonge rim of the pan by pressing while spinning the body).
