SD-1041 Nonionic Surfactant Knitting Open Width Degreaser

[Product introduction]

Multifunctional degreasing powder is a variety of surfactant compound. Has excellent degreasing effect and anti-fouling performance. It is especially suitable for the degreasing and scouring of nylon / spandex and polyester / spandex knitted fabrics. This product is also suitable for degreasing and scouring of other various fiber fabrics.

[Application range]
1. Used in the tank of nylon / ammonia, polyester / spandex fabric, continuous open-width degreasing and refining;
2. For pre-treatment degreasing, emulsification and scouring of other various fiber fabrics;

[Reference process]
1. Continuous flat degreasing and refining: Please adjust the concentration of supplementary material appropriately according to the equipment.
Working fluid: multi-functional degreasing powder 1 ~ 3g / L; white spot preventive agent 0.3 ~ 0.5g / L;
Reference process: Cell 1 (80 ~ 85 ℃) → Cell 2 (90 ~ 95 ℃) → Cell 3 (60 ℃) → Cell 4-7 (room temperature)
2. Intermittent degreasing and refining:
Working fluid: multifunctional degreasing powder 1 ~ 3g / L; white spot preventive agent 0.3 ~ 0.5g / L; water ratio 1:10 ~ 20
Reference process: room temperature → 95 ~ 98 ℃ × 30min → wash water 1 ~ 2 times

[Packing and storage]
50kg, 120kg plastic drum (lined with plastic bag); placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heat and exposure, the shelf life is 6 months.
