 Our factory are mainly specialized  sweater ,knitted polo shirt ,t-shirts, hoodies and tank to jacket, hoodies, pajama etc. 

We operate the whole process from design,weaving,dyeing,printing/embroidering,sewing,packing,

to shipping,and have strong sensitivity of marketing in the garments.

We have more than 1000 workers servicing in every process of mass production,more than 10 R&D and 

20 QC who strictly control the product's quality on every link in the production process to ensure

Quality Assurance:

1) We have special quality controllers to check every piece once finished by sewing workers. During the production  period, we also check the clothes semi-finished.

2)  We can control the full procedure for custom sports apparel from the raw fabric sourcing , threads, other  accessories, sewing machines, digital printing machine, heat transfer machine and so on, we can finish all the  procedures in one stop factory to assure the good quality and quick service.

3)  Offer you factory price without any extra cost. The price we offered that is the factory straight price not have any  extra cost, the factory can control the cost best and offer the cheap price for the clients.

Flexible Order:  MOQ is 500pcs one design. We have our own workers and it is more flexible for us to arrange  production time schedule. We can do regular production time orders and rush time orders both.

Customized Design:  Providing various design based on the clients' requirements. We can do the design proof based  on the clients’ original design provided in AI or PDF format and send the proof for clients’ confirmation before the  production to assure every detail is right. We can fix the design by our designers at the first time to meet the clients’  requirements and change it at the first time as the clients need. All the procedure can be done in one stop factory.

1. I have only an image/design/sketch, can you make the bulk?

We can produce a sample with just a design, just tell us the size you need and target price, we can give you suggestion. Fitting sample, sales sample, PP sample will be produced by your request before making the bulk production.

2. What is the MOQ order quantity?

The MOQ order quantity bases on the yarn you choose. If you choose the yarn from our color card, then the MOQ can be around 1000 pieces per style. We have our own factory to ensure that we operate over ten thousand pieces order per style.

3. If I have a sample, can you work with that?

Of course, yes, just send to us with your request, we can give your professional suggestion.

4. What’s the lead time for the bulk production?

Depending on the yarn you use. If you use color and yarn from our color card, usually, the sweater will be ready in 30 days after you confirm the pp sample. If dyeing the yarn, it need around 60 days for the production. If top dye yarn, need around 90-120 days depending on the quantity. If ship by sea, it takes 7 day to ship out from the port.

5.Whether I should pay the sample fee if I place order.

For the 1st time cooperation, we will charge the sample fee for our clients. But After the 1st time cooperation, we will offer our samples to clients for free. But for SMS sample we will charge the cost.

6.I don’t know which yarn and accessory for the style, can you help?

Absolutely, yes, If clients are not sure which yarn is good for the style, we can make the suggestion for clients.

7.Can you use our yarn, zipper, button, etc?

Surely, we can use them, and we are happy to with them.

8.Whether you can keep a certain production capacity for our company especially all over year?

Yes, we have our schedule for the strategic partner at the end of each year. We have special technician team for this program. We will make our partnership mutually beneficial.

9.If we don’t come to Bangladesh, whether we still can cooperate with you?

  Not problem at all! We have a professional team which can offer the service to you. No matter where you are, we can send the sample, bulk to your country or your nominated countries. If you have any question, please feel free to contact with us.
