Leg frames details and advantages

1. Leg Febric:

a.Customized fabric, industrial silk , it will be more strength than other suppliers.

b.Flame retardant,passed USA standard CAPI-84 and UK standard CS5438

c.The sewing is with one straight seam and two zigzag seam together.

d.Each seam with reinforcement glue tape, it can protect the seams parts and reduce the friction from TPU and leg fabric

2.The TPU bladder of Leg inner:

a.Polyester TPU, it is enviroment-friendly and hydrolyze polyester, it can suffer more times of water corrode

b.TPU thickness is 0.3mm, it is good airtightness, and it can reduce the air leaking.

c.The TPU shape is hose, it can reduce the welding process, then it can ensure the airtightness

e.it can bear the temperature (-30°C~40°C).
