TECHNOLOGY
The recipe of "Damskaya Shlyapka" was developed jointly with the All-Russia Scientific Research Institute of Food Biotechnology, a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Science "Federal Research Center of Nutrition and Biotechnology". The product includes the grain alcohol "Lux", water treated by reverse osmosis unit, linden blossom, and a few of fructose.

Consumption
We recommend to cool this vodka to 18 degrees, and serve it to the traditional Russian cooking, preferably fish or vegetable one. When possible avoid fat and acetic appetizers, giving preference to pickles, fish soups, or light salads.
