The hydraulic uncoiler, which has the function of supporting the coil plate and providing tension for the steel strip, is an uncoiler composed of a frame, a main shaft, an expansion and contraction reel, and a brake device.

Pneumatic braking system

1. Can stop the rotate of coil immediately when required, avoid unnecessary coil output.

2. Fast braking, more safer.

3. The matching high-speed forming machine needs faster uncoiling speed, and the pneumatic brake can provide greater braking force. Customers need to be equipped with their own compressed air source.

Limit Switch Arm and rollers on frame

Expanding device

Four arms expanding device with sliding block can provide more powerful force to fixing the coil, The synchronous action can avoid the deformation of the coil.

The block installed on the the arms can suit the coils with bigger inner diameter.

Hydraulic Decoiler

1. ID = 508 & 610 mm.  

2. Width of Sheet = 1250 Max & Thickness = 0.4 MM to 1 MM

3. The coil car also needs to be designed to handle 1200 MM width coils.  Accordingly movements (Axial- vertical) need to be designed.

3. ‘START’ and ‘STOP’of de-coiler needs to be instantaneous.

4. Operation Controls with Push buttons and REMOTE operation. (No need to start de-coiler by pulling by the operators).

5. Total All should be in RIGHT to LEFT orientation when viewed from operator side.

Loading Car

1. The Min gap between the coil car and the De-coiler front should be 500 MM to avoid any problems during coil loading.

  The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.

2. It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder with four guide pillars.

3. The level movement is driven by cycloid motor.

4. The capacity of it can reach to 5 Tons (MAX)
