Moreover, the high temperature used in the extrusion processing contributes to the sterilization of the raw material which provides microbiological purity and the finished product is digested faster by the ferments of the gastrointestinal tract.

How is breadcrumb extrusion different from bread rusk?

Bread rusk made from bread containing yeast, salt, sugar, etc.
Our breadcrumb is made from flour by extrusion technology based on short-term influence of high temperatures and pressure allowing you to get the product with high functional properties: water-binding, fat binding, gelling and emulsifying abilities.
The high temperature used in the extrusion process contributes to the sterilization of the raw material.



Where is natural textured flour (NTF) used?

Natural textured flour has good emulsifying properties which allows the use of NTF as a thickener in sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, etc., in meat production, NTF is used as a filler, to replace meat raw materials and soy texturates, NTF is used to create new types of bread products and to improve the organoleptic properties of manufactured bread products, in sausage products NTF is used as a filler, to replace meat raw materials, in beer production NTF is used as a malt-free material which does not require additional boiling water.
