●Suggest that Arabica coffee is good for brewing both iced and hot coffee, and you can mix the blue coffee with another coffee for using the blue coffee's aroma.
●Recommendation
Blue coffee is roasting in the medium-dark level which should not grind the coffee too find.
The coffee extraction time for 1 oz. : For hot coffee(7-10g), you should not spend time less than 20 sec and more than 30 sec.
The coffee extraction time for 2 oz. : For iced coffee(15-18g), you should not spend time less than 15 sec and more than 30 sec.
** If you extract the coffee too fast, it will make the coffee have tasteless, and If you extract the coffee too slow, it will
make the coffee strong which have a burning smell.
