Introduction:

YM-H83TC is the master controller of the on-line and off-line control system. It can drive 255pcs of YM-801RA, the slaver led controller. Under our own online software LEDStudio or offline software LEDBuild, customers can realize many display effects, can play text, picture and video.
YM-H803TC control system can work with computer, also it can support SD card. Customers can make program effects with offline software LEDBuild, then copy the effects .dat file to sd card. When it detect signal input from port 2, it will automatically play program effects from computer. If no signal input from computer, it will play the program effects from SD card automatically.

System Composition:

This led control system is composed of Four parts:
1. Master LED controller – YM-H803TC(sending card), it has one output port, port 1. And a input port Port2. Port 1 is used to connect slaver controller, YM-H801RA, and Port 2 is used to receive input signal from computer. Port 1 can drive 255 pieces of slaver controller -YM-H801RA, can control 170,000 pixel lights Max.
2. Slaver LED controller - YM-H801RA, has four output ports, each slaver can control 3412 pixel lights Max.
3. LEDBuild- Offline software, installed on computer, program display effects of lights, transfer data to SD card then to put in master controller to playback to led pixel lights.
4. LEDStudio- Online software, installed on computer, program display effects of lights, to play back directly from computer.

1. YM-H803TC is the master controller of the off-line control system. It can drive 255pcs of YM-801RA, the slaver led controller. It can control 170,000pixels MAX. Under our own online software LEDStudio or offline software LEDBuild, customers can realize many display effects, can play text, picture and video.
2.It has two working mode: Off-line mode and On-line mode.
Off-line mode: don’t need work with computer, program effects are stored on SD card, and play back.
On-line mode: work with computer, program effects are played back directly from computer.
Remark: off-line mode has lower priority than on-line mode. When master controller detects input signal from computer,

it will work on-line mode automatically. When no signal input from computer, it play the program effects on SD card.

3. Signal transmission is adapted with standard Ethernet protocols. The cable can be 100 meters between master and slaver, or slaver to slaver.
4. More control functions: it can control various normal drive IC lights, and or various customized drive IC lights.
5. High speed photoelectric isolated signal input and output, to ensure the control system safety.
6. Control system realize RGB 256 scales per color, can make more than 16.7M kinds color, for ICs with Enable, can reach 65536 levels.
7. Project setting agility: realize adjust the brightness and speed separately.
8. Support SD card max to 16GB, and can play 36 files of DAT format max.
9. Playing speed is adjustable from 1 to 100 frames/s, and Brightness from 1 to 16.
10. Perfect compatible with DMX512(1990) international standard protocol, and can be connected to DMX console. Accord with EMC electromagnetism compatibility, good anti-jamming capacity.
