1. Cooperation procedure:

1.1 First please send me an inquiry, tell me what machine you need.please be specific on raw material, 

max input size, capacity per hour, output size,required delivery time and so on. The more information 

you provide, the more detailed my quotation will be.

1.2 We will response to your inquiry with in 24 hours and confirm your requirement. After that, we will transfer your inquiry to Technical Department, and the engineer will advise technical proposal according to your requirement. Then we will make detailed quotation for you. The quotation will cost 1-2 days.

1.3 Please carefully review the quotation,no hesitate to email me if you have any question or need to make 

revisions.

1.4 After the quotation be approved, we will send you PI or Sales contract with our company bank information. Our payment term: 30% T/T deposit ,  70% balance by T/T or L/C be paid before shipping.

1.5 When receive 30% deposit, we will start the production at once; when machine finished, we will send you

 pictures for your reference.after got the balance,we will arrange shipment for you asap.

1.6 Finally we will send you documents include Commercial invoice,Packing list,Original B/L by express. 

Other documents also can be provided as your requirement.
