 I.       Are you direct manufacture or trading company?

We are large manufacture / factory.

 II.     MOQ ( Minimum Order Quantity)

MOQ differs from different items. It is 20 pcs generally.

 III.    Delivery Time

It depends on your quantity. Generally, it takes 20-30 days after receiving your deposit. Sometimes, we maybe have some stock for some products, please contact us for detail.

Our principle:

1)        We put your order into our tight production schedule, ensuring your punctual delivery time.

2)        Production / Inspection report will be made before the goods are packed.

3)        Shipping notice / insurance will be informed as soon as your order is shipped.

 IV.    Payment Term

1)        Mostly, we work with FOB, EXW

2)        30% deposit by T/T payment for starting production, 70% by T/T before delivery.

3)        Small amount by Paypal, Western Union are acceptable.

 V.     Production Capacity

Don’t worry about our production capacity. We produce more than 10,000 sets of various types of products every month.

 VI.    Warranty

We offer 12 months warranty for the whole unit. Within the warranty period, no fees necessary for spare parts once approved by Unique. After the warranty time, Elaboratex will also supply the spare parts with reasonable price.

This warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product, and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of:

1)        Improper maintenance or modification;

2)        Parts of supplies not provided or supported by Unique;

3)        Unauthorized modification or misuse;

4)        Hostile operation environments, or natural disaster such as thunder, fire, flood and other acts of God;

5)        Damage of the appearance of the products;

6)        Uncrating, setup, installation or the removal and re-installation of products after repair.
