GENERAL INTRODUCTION

TSM SIP (Lightweight fiber cement thermal insulation roof isolation panel) is a composite building material. They consist of a sanwich of two layers of structural board with insulation foam in between. The insulated sandwich panel skins are TSM Board. Insulation sandwich core can be Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), Extruded Polystyrene (XPS).

With Great Fireproof

    The non combustible board is rated class A and would lead to no noxious fumes.

With Excellent Waterproof

    The board can maintain stability in performance and not expand in places of high humidity.

With High Intensity

    The board is solid that even board in 6mm are more solid than paperbacked plasterboard in 9.5mm. The wall made from magnesium composite board is very solid and substantial, not easily damaged by shocks.

Thermal Insulation and Sound Insulation

    The board has great thermal insulation and heat preservation. The partition wall with 100mm thickness is better in terms of heat preservation than normal brick wall. In the meantime, it has very good sound insulation.

Long Endurance in Use

    The board has a stable performance, acid and alkali resistance. In addition, it has no getting damp and there's no afraid of insects, which will ensure a super long endurance.

Low Shrinkage

    The board is made through advanced techniques like pressing by advanced components. The dry state shrinkage ration and expansion rate are well controlled and it's the best boards among all inorganic boards with respect to the performance.

    It has good mechanical properties and able to be saw, shave, nailed without being warped or cracks.
