Main features:
This filling machine is suitable for the filling of small-opening barrels within 50 kg.
This machine is able to adapt to round and square barrels. It’s equipped with double heads cap pressing machine.
Suitable material: paint, printing ink, glue, curing agent, solvent.

Suitable material:
Coating, paint, ink, glue, curing agent, solvent, chemicals, detergent, pestiside, medicine, lubrication oil and all kinds of flowing liquid.
Main functions:
Manual barrels positioning, automatic double heads filling.
Barrels are pushed forward by motor, it is equipped with double cap pressing mechanism
Barrels positioning and cap placing can be done by one operator.
Round and square barrels, with small opening can be adapted.
I is the hopper type, II is top filling type filling head.
Thefilling head of filling machine can enter into the barrel before filling, when the filling head is not in the right position, it will return automaticlly.
Double heads filling and single head filling choosable
Automatic alarm when filling error exceed setting limit.
A is normal model, B is explosion proof model.
Explosion proof grade: EXD IIBT6.
