Third, usage

The defoamer has many characteristics like, little dosage, high efficiency, convenient use, last long effect, good generality and storage stability. It can effectively eliminate the foam existing in various latex paint and emulsified adhesive without any side effect. It is an ideal defoamer in latex system.

The defoamer can also be successfully used in the coating on the internal and the external wall at polyvinyl alcohol type, art painting, graphic arts, industrial detergent, printing and dyeing.

Forth, introductions

1. If stored for a very long time and found layered, it does not matter, just stir and mix fully, and then it works.

2. Defoamer should be added when the material is stirring.

3. Defoamer can be used directly without adding water.

4. The dosage should be proper. Do a dosage test before using different materials. If the amount is excess, it not only increases the cost but also lead to shrinkage cavity, bad brushability and bad overcoatability of the coating.

5. To latex paint, on one hand, the defoamer can be added disposable which means it can be added when grinding and dispersing the pigment. And it can work for a very long time. On the other hand, it can be added twice. First add is at the grinding period, and the second is at the paint modulation stage. Users can regulate the amount added at each period.

6. Attention: after adding the defoamer, it needs at least 24 hours to maintain the balance among persistence, shrinkage and cissing of the defoaming performance. So users can’t test the performance of the coating in advance, or will draw a wrong conclusion.

7. Storage and transportation: The product should be stored in a shady, cool, ventilating and dried place. Prevent the sun from shining directly. Shelf life is one year. It can be stored and transported as non-dangerous goods rules.
