Belt filter press structure

   It is mainly composed of base frame、press roll、filtering belt、filtering belt  tensioning device 、filtering belt adjusting device、filtering belt washing device、filtering belt rotation device、filtering liquid guide flow device、discharging unit、pneumatic system、electric control device etc. each main components structure and working state briefly introduce as following:

【base frame】used to supporting 、fix press roll and other components;

 【Press roll】It is composed of by press roll which arrayed from big to small.

Sludge is clamping from upper and lower filtering belt, after passing by press roll system in turn, under the effect of tension, formed from small to large pressure gradient, to make sludge squeezing force continuous upgrade in dewatering process, moisture was remove gradually.

【Feeding device】

 Which was composed of trough、water distribution opening, used to buffer material liquid flow speed in feeding pipe, fully distribution material to filtering belt.

【Filtering belt】

 It is the main components of belt filter press, composed of upper and lower filtering belt. Sludge solid、liquid phase separating process as filtering medium, in the action of tension force bypass press roll and get the required pressing force in removing moisture.

Filtering belt is woven by polyester monofilament, the mesh pore diameter is bigger than material particles diameter, the reason form filtering cake in such filtering belt, it is mainly realized by pretreatment flocculation process. In additional, filtering cake itself has certain requirements, such as filtering belt tensile strength、thickness 、acid and alkaline  resistance、wrinkle resistance、 mesh aperture、 anti-aging ability、 Wear resistance 、renewable 、dehydration property 、deformation resistance and service life etc.

【Filtering belt adjusting device】

It is composed of cylinder 、adjusting roller and signal feedback system and pneumatic control、electric control system etc execution unit, used to adjust filtering belt running deviation due to filtering belt tension force uneven 、roller drum installation error、

feeding uneven etc many reasons, meanwhile, set partial automatic shutdown protection device in filtering belt two sides, to lest filtering belt running deviation too much, guarantee system consistency and stability.

【Filtering belt washing device】

  It is composed of Sprayer、 cleaning liquid water box and washing cover etc. when filtering belt walk, by continuous cleaning device, the sprayer eject pressure water impact, the material residual in filtering belt in the action of pressure water break away with filtering belt, to make filtering belt regeneration, prepare for the next dewatering process.

【Filtering belt tension device】

 It is composed of tension cylinder、roller and synchronizing mechanism, its function is tensioning filtering belt. And the squeezing force to squeeze dewatering provide the necessary conditions of tension, the tension of the size of the adjustment can be implemented by adjusting the air pressure of air pressure system

【Filtering liquid guide device】

 It is composed of upper collect liquid tray 、lower collect liquid tray、guide flow pipe etc, used to collect filtering belt washing liquid and press processing filtering liquid, to make it guide flow into tank and discharge outside.

【unloading device】
