1 What's your main products?
A. We mainly manufacture steel door,steel fire door,anti-theft security door,fire door steel enter door,etc.
2 What's you delivery port and deivery time?
A.Our delivery is NINGBO or Shanghai in China. Delivery time is 15-20days after 30% deposit receivef.
3. Can customers orders different color and models in one order?
A. Surely,Yes mixed color and models are acceptable one 20GP,we suggest 3models,one 40HQ we suggest 5 models.
4. What's the delivery time of sample?
A. For steel door and fire door:7days.For wood fire door:15 days.
5. What's your policy for sample?
A. For small sample,we can offer for free.For complete set,we have to charge some cost on actual situation.But we will return you the cost if you place order next time.
6. What's your trade term and payment term?
A. Our trade term is EXW,FOB,CFR and CIF,payment tern is 30% deposit by T/T before mass pproduction,the balance paid upon receive the copy of B/L
7.What's you MOQ?
A. The quantity depends on customer,we don't have requirement just different quantity difference price.
8. What preferential terms you could give me if i increase the order quatity?
A. It depends on your quantity,usually will give some discount.
9. How about yourr quality control?
A. Quality is priority,we have QC and order processor to supervise the quality everyday.
10. What;s your special service?
A. Overseas intallation service after finish production ,then customers pay the balance,after finish loading container,we will send loading details and loading pictures.
11. Can you make the door according to our drawing?
A. Yes,we can.But customer should send us drawing to check first,then we take in details,if we cann't make,we will inform customer.
12.How about your warranty?
A. Warranty is two years.
13. Where is your factury? How can I visit it?
A. Our factory is in Yongkang city,Zhejiang province.The nearest airport is Yiwu airport or Shanghai airport.About 1hour's driving from Yiwu, 3hours'fast train from Shanghai.And we also have heard office in Shanghai city,we can pick you up from airport.Wamlv welcome to visit us.
