Q: Who will pay for the freight of warranty products?
A: During the warranty period, the cost of the warranty products returned to our company will be paid by the customer and the cost shipped back to the customer will be paid by our company. After the warranty, the freight and maintenance expenses will be paid by the customer.

Q: How to place an order?
A: After confirming PI, the sample order requires 100% payment in advance. The bulk orders requires 30% deposit before production, and the rest 70% balance should be paid before shipment.

A: Yes.

Q: Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities?
A: Yes, the larger the quantity, the cheaper the prices.
