Cement ball mill machine introduction
The ball mill grinder is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by brim gearwheel. There are two chambers and grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate electricity, and this force brings ball to a certain height and then balls drop down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force to the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball. After the secondary grinding, material is discharged from the discharging mouth. Then the whole grinding process is ended.

Cement grinder ball mill machine working principle
It is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The material are transferred into the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder linear and ripple linear and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The grind materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.

5.The equipment ordered from jinma will be guaranteed within 2 years since the day of purchasing if the problem is due to the equipment’s quality. If there is big quality problem with the equipment, the seller will discuss with the buyer and offer proposals to solve the problems within 72 hours since the notice from buyer.
