4 customize parts materials for valve,For example:

4 Do you test every finished valve? Or just pick some samples and test it?

We test every finished valve before delivering to our customers and users,hydraulic test includes sealing test and body strength test.Sealing test:Working pressureX1.1(e.g. PN10:1.0 MpaX1.1=1.1Mpa,PN16:1.6Mpa X1.1=1.76Mpa), Body strength test:Working Pressure X1.5 (e.g. PN10:1.0 MpaX1.5=1.5Mpa,PN16:1.6Mpa X1.5=2.4Mpa

5 Could you engrave our Logo/Brand on valve body?

We can accept engraving customers' Logo/Brand on valve body,If quantity is big enough; For small quantity,it needs to pay extra cost for engraving logo and brand on valve body.If you require must engrave logo and brand on valve body.

6 Could I ask for sample to check quality before place order?

We can offer sample,contact us for detailed information after confirm the product,size and quantity.

7 How long is your valve quality warranty?

Our Warranty is 12 months.

8 What is the delivery lead time?

Normally,if order quantity is not more than 5 containers,we can finish the production in 30days for gate valves;It takes longer for Y strainer and Air valve,it takes about 40days.

9 What is the payment terms we can accept?

T/T,L/C,D/A,D/P,CAD etc.or are acceptable.

10 where is your shipment seaport?

Xiamen Seaport,it is about 100km from our factory.
