Q1. How could I get an accurate quotation?

--A1: A: We need to have the following information to quote you an accurate price:

a.detailed drawing with all necessary dimensions, better if you could provide us CAD or 3D     

   drawing:

b.detailed requirements including both how and where you use, and technical data you required

   so that wecould decide which process we need to apply

   and what material we could apply,Like flexural strength,flexural modulus, tensile strength, and

   etc.

c.if you could not provide above information but you have the sample which is qualified to your

   application you could provide the sample to us so that we could quote you the price as weld,

   please advise your possibleorder quantity since demand is quite a vital factor for quotation

Q2. How could I know you minimum order quantity requirements?

--A2: It really depends. Since we have a lot of processes in our factory, and each process has

        different MOQ requirement.We need to know the requirements first so that we could know     

        MOQ requirements then

Q3. I wonder if you could provide us test report from the third test

       authority bytest standards from other Countries?

--A3: Yes, we could provide test report from third parties. Normally we could provide test reports

         by SGS andASTM. If the test standards could not be found by the test center, we may need

         you to help us get the standards

Q4. what payment terms could I get if I place the order?

--A4: For the new client, we could only accept 30% down payment, 70% L/C at sight or TT before

         delivery

Q5. Could you help us design the products and make prototype

       and test andverify the prototype?

--A5: Yes, we could do design and prototype and even test and verify the prototype.We could even

         make trialproduction and mass production. Since we have more than 57 years experience of

         FRP processes andproduction, we have rich human resources for different processes and a

         lot of facilities for production andtesting machinery

Q6. Could we visit your factory?

--A6:. Yes, of course. Welcome to visit our factory. Here you could see the workshop, production,

          and ourshowroom of all the products we have done

Q7. What is lead time if I place an order?

--A7:  It is hard to say since we usually do not have stocks in factory except some samples.New 

          orders need tobe arranged after receiving the down payment. And we could on arrange the

          production schedule after theorder is confirmed.Please do not ask lead time just in your first
