Siberian ginseng or its scientific name, Eleutherococcus senticus is the small, woody shrub in the family of Araliaceae. This plant being called as Siberian Ginseng because of it's similarities in properties with Panax Ginseng.

Siberian Ginseng being called as adaptoghenic herb. It is because of its ability to work subtly in the systemic way to increase overall health. It helps body to adapt  to the environmental changes.
