Buffet Sideboard are packed as single pieces.
Standard packing consists of corrugated paper rolls & air bubble sheets for the value items(large items).Every piece is securely fastened with corrugated & plastic bubble sheets,safeguarding vulnerable parts with foam corners. Than packed piece is packed in carton box.

On packed piece label is used showing product code,weight,case no. etc. On glass product fragile sticker are use on package.
On client customize packing is also done like wooden palette ,drop test etc. It cost is additional.

Q2 Is your all product are online on Alibaba portal?

A:No, all products are not online on Alibaba portal. There are lot more design which are mailed you in form of ready catalogue , Once known your interest.

Q3 Are you selling to End-user?

A: No,  but if it is project of home,restaurant,hotel etc than we are happy to do that.

Q4 Are all product which are online are in stock?

A: Products are in stock as a sample. So they are not sold. On getting your order they are getting to produce.

Q5 How is ordering a container advantageous?

A: If you order us container load 20' or 40 HU than it is cheaper to you & goods reaches safe to you.

Q6. Can the content of my container be chosen by me independently?
A. Yes! You just need to give the list of items you want, we will do our best effort to provide you the same, even if it is not listed in our website but being manufactured in India, simply send the full details of the product.

Q7. Production time period of container load good?
A.  Lead time is 45 days approximately from receipt of confirmed order.Shipment transportation time is not included.

Q8. What is your payment term?

A. Payment term is 40% advance & remaining amount on documents transfer OR Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q9. What about price term?
A.EXW, FOB, and CIF are accepted.

Q9. Can we get a sample at first?
A.We can surely offer you samples, so you can check the quality at first, but the sample cost and shipment concerned will be on your charge.

Q10. Is container load is insured?
A.Yes , all goods are send are insured. It is covered under Marine cargo open policy ICC(A)

Q11. What should be done in case of arrival of a damaged container?
A.Depending on the situation, the damage case will be handled accordingly. However, any kind of manufacturing defect or damage due to deficient packaging will be covered by us.
