Q1: Are you manufacturer?

A1: Yes, we are manufacturer specialized in wood photo frame since 2002.

Q2: What certificates do you have?

A2: We have ISO9001,BV,SGS,REACH for the ECO material and BSCI for our factory.Other certificates are available if needed.

Q3: How can I get a sample?

A3: Contact us with the photos or sample details(size/color/logo/special request,etc) you need, we will arrange it immediately.

Q4: How long for the sample?

A4: Commonly 1-2 work days for stock samples.5-7 work days for customized samples.

Q5:How do you inspect the bulk products?

A5: We have QC monitored the whole production and make formal inspection report for you.Also salesman who take charge of the order will also do the inspection before goods preparation in order to avoid any detailed mistakes.


Q6: Which way can we ship our bulk goods?

A6: For volume less than 1CBM, EXPRESS such as EMS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX is suggested. By sea/air would be more economical for bulk quantity.
