ZT- 100 toilet soap production line was newly designed complete line, which covers CHJ - 400 Mixer,
S - 150 Three Roll Mill, SYJ - 100 Plodder and stamping machine. This complete line plays an key role for developing the new style of soap. In addition, this line can produce small tourist soaps. It’s ideal equipment for research and production of soap. All the parts in contact with soap noodle made by stainless steel.

Wuxi Zhongtian Toilet Soap Complete equipments Co., Ltd is specialized in producing complete set of soap machine. The capacity of 500-2000kg/h is the normal range of soap production line required in many manufacturing countries. If you need to make soap from oil, we'll also provide saponification process and drying process. We are in the soap production line manufacturing in China for over 30years, including making toilet soap production line and laundry soap making line.
We can provide any range of this according to client's requirements. It can produce the toilet soap and laundry soap.
The main finishing line is including mixer, roll mill, refining machine, plodder, cutting machine, stamping machine.
This soap production line occupies less land and with low consumption and need less workers to operate.
We provide the service of sending technician for the guidance of installation, commissioning and training as well as formula support if needed. We will surely try to provide some other related information like workshop arrangement etc. if it is needed to help you establish your line.
