Material 

The cross & counter flow heat exchanger is made of anti-corrosive hydrophilic aluminum foil and 

galvanized sheet framework, process by special technology, with high heat transfer efficiency, 

also easy to maintain and have long service time, etc.

Working principle

The cross & counter flow heat exchanger, for its two air streams, one part them is cross flow, and 

other part is counter flow, combined the working methods both cross flow and counter flow heat 

exchanger heat, achieve more higher heat efficiency.

Production technology

1. The face of heat recovery unit processed with strengthened heat transfer stamping, increased

     the 10% heat transfer area.

2. Adopted punch Concavo-convex cylinder as air channel support, guaranteed the strength and 

    tightness of Channel, also could bear high air pressure.

3. Between outdoor air and exhaust air channel, separated by aluminium foil, entry and exit edge 

    processed with five layer crimping techniques, ensured the excellent air tightness.
4. All joints are airproofed by airproof glue, ensured that the heat exchanger has excellent air tightness.
