1.By air

Your order for 24v 2.7a ac power adapter will be delivered by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or other International Express. It’s up to you to choose your suitable express company. It normally takes 3-7 days to arrive at your destination. Surcharge will be charged if your destination is remote area.

2. By sea

Shipments will be arranged under FOB conditions.

1. Reply your enquiry in 24 working hours (8: 00am ~5: 30pm, Monday to Saturday (UTC+8).

Q1. How to get your samples?

- Usually you can get one or two pcs for free but you should pay for the delivery charge 

from our factory to your office, you can inform us your courier paid account such as DHL, 

Fedex, TNT or UPS.

Q2. What is your terms and payment terms?

- Our terms is T/T or CASH. Usual payment terms is T/T 30% as deposit, T/T 70% before 

shipment.

Q3.  Do you inspect the finished products?

- Yes. Each step of production and finished products will be carried out inspection strictly by our QC department before shipping.

Q4.  How do you ship the finished products?

- By sea.
