Products Description
* This line is composed of coil car, de-coiler, feeding unit, round disc blade slitting machine, damping pre-separating unit,
re-coil set, discharging car, control system etc. The main function is to slit the steel coil into strips with specified width
lengthwise, to make raw material for rolling, blanking, cold roll, forming and stamping etc. Through adjusting the distance between the upper and lower arbors, it can be used for plates with various thicknesses; And by replacing the blade spacer ring and bush, can used for plates with different widths.
* This line is mainly used for processing cold rolled carbon steel coil, stainless steel coil, and non-ferrous metal coil.
Equipped with six-fold leveller, it can applied for levelling and cutting-to-length of aluminum coil and other materials with
high requirements
* As the customer’s requirements, the levelling unit can apply two-grade levelling: Pre-levelling and fine levelling by equipping with two levellers; the length measuring and fixing unit can adopt ordinary mechanical electric appliance collaborative action, digital frequency conversion technology or AC servo technology; the shearing machine can apply the mechanical shearer, hydraulic type, high speed guillotine shearer with electromagnetic clutch or pneumatic clutch driving force, mobile tracking shearer or rotary fly shearer. Equipped with other forming machines the application range shall be extended largely.
