Material Test 

1. All of our material are purchased from famous mill factory to assure the quality

2. A mill certificate issued by the mill factory with stamp and signature must be provided before unload the material in our factory; otherwise we have our reason to refuse the material.

3. Before put into production, all the material must pass the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have met the requested strength and component.  

Production Process

As an BV, ISO, SGS approved supplier in China, we have more than 20 years produce and export steel pole ,and we can assure the pole we offered is of sound quality which made from qualified material with our professional workers and advance equipment.

Galvanization Test

In every production procedure, we have our inspector around to check whether it was done accordingly with the drawing.

 Packing & Shipping

Before shipment, we have a final inspector manager to check the products on every detail and component to make sure it all meet the drawing.

1. Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.The price includes pole shaft, base plate, cross arm and anchor part.Shipping seaport: Shanghai Seaport. For FOB, CFR or CIF price, please specify which exact model you need, and tell us your order quantity so that we can calculate the local transport charges and sea freight.

2. MOQ: 1 sets.

3. Payment: Typically 30% by T/T as deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.

4. Package: Plastic paper or according to clients requirement.

5. Delivery: for 30 sets, goods can be ready for shipment within 10 workdays after receiving deposit.

6. Parts Design Service Period: 20 years.
