The steel rollers are made under the process of cutting, welding, turning, static & dynamic balance, 

CNC precision grinding and surface coating.  precision conveyor steel rollers, custom steel tube roller

Usually the roller has critical requirements on the roundness, straightness, runout, concentricity and 

cylindricity - that's why final precision grinding process is a must for a qualified steel roller. After 

turning and grinding the rolls to the right size, it follows a final dynamic balance. 

Finally based on your application field and unique requirements, the steel rollers need to be zinc plated, 

painted, teflon coated, rubber coated, etc.

A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check.

A: It usually takes about 30 days to produce an order. But the exact delivery time might be different for different 

orders or at different time.

4. Q: How does your factory do regarding to quality control? 

A: Quality is priority. HFMP People always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to 

the end of the production. Every product will be carefully inspected before it's packed for shipment.
