Product Description

The slip former is mainly composed of wheel drive system, moulidng system and feeding system.

The slip former is equipped with 4-wheel drive, powered by two electric motors controlled by inverter. ensures good traction and speed control continuous and accurate. The interchangeable mould allows the machine to produce a big variety of concrete elements,with different shapes and sizes. A big capacity hopper of 2m3 ensures the continuous concrete feeding in all work conditions.

Used for hollow core slabs for floor elements, wall elements (including sandwich panels), solid slabs, ribbed slabs (i.e. double Tslab), etc. The Slopformer, which can accept moulds for different precast elements, offer solution to all those companies which need to manufacture many different kinds of precast conrete elements with different sizes.

Hollow core slab:Thickness:80-500mm Width:600mm,1200mm,1500mm,2400mm Fire resistance:up to 180 minutes

Solid Slab:Thickness: 40-160mm Width: 600mm-1500mm;

Wall panels:Partition walls Exterior walls(simple or sandwich panels)with or without coating for outside facades(ex.coloured aggregates) The thickness of the concrete and insulation layers can be varied as required in sandwich wall panels,in order to meet all the requirements about thermal and acoustic insulation
