Feeding machine

The Material should be mixed by mixing machine according to our formula.

the mixed material shall be put into a auto feeding tank, and then feeded to the extruder.

granulation machine, it can work for 20-30% recycled PP/PE and 60-70% wood powder composition

Screw and barrel

we equip parallel double screw for WPC granulation machine.
the L/D of the screw is 40:1 to ensure the WPC material will have enough time to be plastizition and composited together.
We use special structure and material for barrel to ensure long time using life. our WPC granulation screw and barrel can be used
for more than one year for continously production

Moisture exhuasting system

This WPC granlation machine designed with good moisture exhuasting system to taking out the moisture in the material,there is 4
holes on the barrel for moisture out,
and there is a suction system on top for taking away the moisture

Smoking collection device

When the material come out from the die head, the moisture and smoking may come out from the die head, we equip good suction
system for taking away the moisture and smoking at die head,
