Screen-type double toothed roll crusher is a new-type crusher that is developed by our company. It is mainly used for crushing materials with compressive strength not more than 150Mpa. It is very strict in product granularity, less fine particles, such as sandstone, raw coal, etc. It is particularly suitable for down-hole operation and high-efficient mobile and semi-mobile crushing plant with high crushing ratio. III. Intelligent Functions of CSGP Roll Crusher

 1. All parts that needs lubrication are lubricated periodically and automatically.

 2. The toothed rollers will turn in the opposite direction and the motor shuts down automatically when abnormal materials like iron is blocked, to facilitate the removal of foreign objects, thus to ensure safety of the main machine.

3.  When the main machine is overloaded, the hydraulic coupler can melt and drain automatically, to avoid damaging to the reducer and main motor.

4.  The spacing between the two rollers can be adjusted to control the discharging granularity.

5.  Real time monitoring on the bearing temperature is executed for timely maintenance, thus the service life of the bearings can be prolonged.

6.  The start-up self-checking function makes the start and stop process of the machine safer and more reliable.
