Clean brush with anilox roller
Bristles fine and closely, soft and flexiable, good quality, it the essential necessory tool for cleaning anilox roll (ceramic or metal anilox)! It is Specially for ceramic anilox roll and metal roller and gravure roller, with cleaner to use.Daily cleaning is cleaning the anilox roller in time after shutdown, which can effectively prevent ink dry in the mesh .Usually use the specail cleaner ,to to soften and dissolve the ink in the mesh to achieve the purpose of cleaning .The cleaning method is to brush the cleaner on the anilox roller,waiting until the foam,then rinse with water ,clean the surfaceof anilox evently by the brush.

Usage:
Pour an appropriate amount of anilox roller or gravure roller cleaning agent on the surface of roller body, use wire brush or copper wire brush to clean the whole surface evenly, then rinse off with clean water, and then dry the surface with compressed air. Nylon brush and horse hair brush can be used according to customer's own situation.
