1. Each Blossom product has a reasonable guarantee period. Take Complete Shower Room, shower cabin for example,Main Body(Shower Tray, Aluminum Frame& Glass Door) : 3 years,Main Accessories(drainer, handles, wheels, etc):2 years.
2.  If  any Complaints happen, pls. submit the defect goods photos to us, the replacement will be provided with shipment of your next order.
