Application:

It is made from high purity graphite and used for precision hop-top casting for aluminium alloy, matched with casting machine to control the dimension and smoothness.

Experimental data

Technical parameters:

1> Installation 

    A:choose an undamaged graphite ring according to the size of casting mould.

    B: preheat the casting mouldand install the graphite ring inside.

    C:Check the installation, whether it is firm, keep it intact and use.

2> Replacement

 A:Take off crystallizer from casting table

 B: Remove the three O sealing ring and the transition plate.

 C: Loosen the bolts in crystallizer, divid the mold into two pieces, take the O sealing ring off.

 D: Heat the crystallizer in a turn table with liquefied petroleum gas until the graphite drops off.

E:Install the new graphite ring into crystallizer and fill stuffs and smear lard when the graphite ring is hot.

F:Cooling the crystallizer and refill all the stuff, keep the position of o sealing ring equal to the overflow hoes.
