A: Within 24 hours after getting your inquiry. If you are urgent, please send email to us or leave message on trademanger, so that we can reply you in time.

Q2: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need samples with your logo, design, etc., we may need your sample charge, when confirm order, we will return the sample fee.

Q3: Can you do the design for us?

A: Yes, of course. We have a professional team with rich experiences in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and then we will put your idea into practice.

Q4: How long can I expect get the sample?

A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 7-10 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
