The Totally enclosed Lifeboat/Rescue boat is manufactured with compliance with the(amendments to the SOLAS, 1974), , MSC218.(82),MSC226.(82),MSC272.(85)and MSC274.(85).

4.Storage and use of lifeboats

Lifeboats are stored on davits on either side of the ship. In case of emergency, the crew can board the lifeboat and escape with the lifeboat directly from the storage position.

The launching device consists of a marine davit (boom, frame, platform, pendant, suspension pulley, noose/lashing device) and a marine winch (reduction gear, handbrake and centrifugal brake).
