4. TRAINING TERMS:

   A: SELLER WILL SEND ONE TECHNICIAN TO BUYER’S FACTORY TO TRAIN THE BUYER, WHILE ALL EXPENSES WILL BE BORNE BY THE BUYER, LIKE AIR-TICKETS, LOCAL FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION AND TRAFFIC, ETC.

   B: BUYER WILL SEND ONE TECHNICIAN TO SELLER’S FACTORY TO RECEIVE THE TRAINING, BUYER WILL ASSUME THE AIR-TICKETS BETWEEN CHINA AND ECUADOR AND HOTEL FEES IN CHINA, WHILE SELLER WILL ASSUME THE LOCAL TRAFFIC AND FOOD.

5. WARRANTY: 12 MONTHS SINCE THE DATE OF MACHINE SHIPPED ON BOARD, EXCLUDING THE COMSUMABLE PARTS AND HUMANLY DAMAGED PARTS. BROKEN ELECTRICAL BOARDS SHOULD BE RETURNED BACK TO SELLER WHILE THE EXPRESSING OR POSTING EXPENSE FOR THE NEW AND BROKEN ELECTRICAL PARTS SHOULD BE BORNE BY BUYER.

Services: 

1.  Installation Services: Installation Services are available. We will provide the technical know-how for your operation smooth transition and support for installing, debugging, operation of the machine, it will indicate you how to use this machine well.

2.  Training Services: We can provide the free training to customer not more than 10 days either in our factory or customer’s factory, we offer Customers Training, teaching, how to use the machine most efficiently and safely as well as how to maintain optimal operational productivity. While the accommodations and travelling expenses should be borne by customer .

3.  Warranty Service: 12 months since the date of machine shipped on board, excluding the consumable parts and humanly damaged parts. Broken electrical boards should be returned back to seller.
