2) Q: What is  the general term?

    A: FOB Taichung, Taiwan

3) Q: What is the delivery?

    A: In general, the leadtime of small garden tools is 45~60 days while the peak season would be extended.  Please do check it with us before placing orders.

4) Q: Can we make your colors?

    A: Private color is acceptable.  MOQ is 2000~3000pcs per model depending on products.

5) Q: Can we do ODM?

    A: Certainly YES!!!  You are welcome to send your design, drawings or samples for our evaluation.

6) Q: What is the packaing?

    A: We can do bulk, tied on card, hanger card, sliding card, try-me package, mail order box, color box, display box, etc. per your demands.  Please specify your needs when you request.

7) Q: What is our sample policy?

    A: If our price is workable, we are able to send 1pc free sample for your evaluation and request you to pay the airfreight.

8) Q: If you would like to request a sample but do not have express courier's account (i.e. DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT...), how to do?

      A: Simply call your local courier and book the collection, they are happy to pick up the samples on your behalf. 

         Or, we can prepay the airfreight and ask you to pay via AliPay.  But Alibaba service charge will be asked in total charge.

9) Q: What is our payment term for formal order?

    A: In genenral , our payment is TT (bank transfer) - 30% deposit in advance and 70% remaining before shipment.  

10) Q: Do we have stocks?

    A: Due to all products are made by orders, we do not keep nor sell stocks.

11) Q: What is the least ordering quantity?

    A: In general, MOQ per item is 1200pcs for our brand or 2000~3000pcs for private brand.  If you have special requests, please feel free to contact and discuss with us.

12) Q: What is our guarantee?

     A: We guarantee that if the defectives are due to manufacturing faults, we take 100% responsibility of compensation.
