2019 New Designed EVA Foam Molding Machine/EVA Slipper Making Machine
Specifications
Hydraulic presses for rubber and E.V.A. sheet processing produce various Phylon midsole,EVA foam,foam sheet, insulation materials, sports protective material, life jackets, sponges and other thermoset rubber products.
This plate vulcanizing press is used to foam and vulcanize rubber foamed sheet, and EVA foamed sheet. The products can be used in seal field, sports field, and some others.
The structure of the main machine is made of cast steel. The plunger is made of chilled cast iron with hardness HR-70. The product has the superority of less temperature difference, reliable insulation, and automatic pressure compensation during vulcanization and fast foamed slippers, and materials for shoes and other rubber and plastic products.

Features:
1)Adopts touch control eva moulding foaming machine/eva press man-machine interface and PLC micro-computer system.
2)The shoot gun adopts gear, rack transmission; line railway guide
3)It has super-high locked strength (≥1200KN)
4)It adopts P.I.D scale calculous temperature control module, the system temperature control precision ≤±1oC
5)Shoot the material volume with hydraulic pressure control loop with pressure
6)It has pneumatic safe door setting and automatic feed instruction, safety and credible operation.
