The stick gum / chewing gum production basic information is as below :

1) Mixer: Raw materials to be mixed into dough( before mixer, there is a gumbase heater).

 
 2) Processing line:

           -Dough to be put into the extruder, Sheeting machine and Gum slabs comes out of
            forming machine  ;and then gum slabs  are put onto the wooden trays and send into
            the aging room.

 3) Aging Room:

            Scoring gum slabs on wooden trays are put into aging room for aging around 5-12hours, aging
        time is varied upon product recipe. Aging room temperature : ±20℃, and moisture: 50-55

4) Packing :

          After aging, the gum slabs are sent to packing machine for packing into 5 sticks/
         pack, or single stick to be pillow packed , or multi-sticks in a carton box.

5)  To improve efficiency and save labor cost , we have now developed economic auto
       display box machine or  cellophane wrap machine .
