 A: First and most important: we are a hats and caps manufacture, not a trade company, 

 we will give out the price without any other cost;

 Second: we own 9 BEHRINGER embroidery machines for mass production and 2 for sampling,                                        

2.  Q: What is your MOQ?

  A: Our MOQ is 100PCS, but for even small order like 50PCS, it’s ok. We can help you make it.

3.  Q: Did you pass some factory audit or get any certification?

A: yea, we had passed DISNEY factory audit and BSCI certification.

4.  Q: What is the largest embroidery size possible for the front of a hat?

A: For six panel baseball cap, largest embroidery size is 4.7" wide x 2.6" tall for the front.

 For five panel baseball cap, largest embroidery size is 5.2" wide x2.75" tall for the front.

5. Q: What type of artwork do you require in order to embroidey or printing on the caps and hats?

  A: We prefer vector artwork in EPS,AI or PDF format,

   but we can also artwork in jpgs, bmps, tiffs or almost any other clear artwork.     

6. Q: Can you create artwork for me?

  A: Of course...and it is free!
